Fitness
Our state-of-the-art Fitness Centre features over 10,000 square feet of fitness machines, as well as free weights. In addition to the machines, our in-house Personal Trainers have a wide range of expertise and are available to help support members to meet their fitness goals through professionally designed personal training programs or single private or group training sessions.
In addition to our Personal Training services, the Club offers a Group Fitness program for drop-in classes. During our Fall and Winter seasons, we offer over 40 classes a week that Members can drop into. In addition, the Club offers Registered Fitness programs. These classes are held in our are held in one of our five studios, with dedicated Yoga, Pilates and Spin studios. Our experienced team of 60+ instructors teach classes in TRX, Barre, Hot Yoga, Pilates/Reformer, Karate, Spin, Dance, Bootcamp, and many other areas including classes specifically tailored for Older Adults.
